Biography
I’m licensed in Virginia & Maryland. I've been in the REO industry since 2005. Our team averages around 50 sales per year with an average days on market of 30 days or less. We've primarily worked for Veteran Affairs, Shellpoint, AMIP, GMAC ResCap, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, & their subservicing companies. We're members of the asset management platforms: VRMS, Pyramid, Equator.com (formally REOTrans.com), AMN (Asset Management Network), PAS (Premiere Asset Services), & RES.net and have all qualifications / designations that are available for each site. We’ve also have an account with FIS / LPS invoice management system for property expense reimbursements. Being that different asset companies use different managements sites, and most of the asset management sites fall short of what the realtor needs in a management system we've built our own web based asset management system (www.REOPropPrep.com) which allows us to manage ALL of our assets in one central location, manage items that the other sites don't allow for, receive and manage offer / counter offers in a very proficient manner on a very large number of assets, track utilities, routine property inspections / vacancy checks, manage documents associated with our assets, automate routine request, manage contingencies, track HOA information. We have an internet software engineer on staff that is bettering out system to meet the constantly changing needs of our clients and the REO industry. All in an effort to make us the most proficient REO Real Estate team that we can so that we can in turn improve our clients productivity.
